Shipping

Free shipping on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days. Orders placed after 2 pm Friday ship the following Monday.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Most carriers update within 12 hours of collection.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at hello@nodebases.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out immediately.

Returns

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, email hello@nodebases.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. A restocking fee of 20% of the order value (minimum $10) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.
