How long does delivery take?
Australia: 7–12 business days. New Zealand, US, Canada, UK: 10–15 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.
What age range are the bags designed for?
Our bags are designed for kids aged 2–14. Each product page lists the recommended age and the bag's dimensions to help you find the right fit.
What materials are the bags made from?
Most bags use durable nylon or polyester with reinforced stitching. Material details are listed on each product page.
How do I clean the bags?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Most bags can be spot-cleaned with mild detergent. Avoid machine washing unless the product page states otherwise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through Stripe.
Can I get a bundle discount?
Add 2 or more items and a 15% bundle discount is applied automatically at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Faulty or incorrect items are accepted within 30 days of delivery — email us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace or refund at no cost. Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days; return shipping is at the customer's cost.
